The black truffles are the pleasure pearls from the Piemont in nothern Italy. This rare delicacy transformst he still uncut truffle pearl into a true cheese diamand. The unmistakable aroma oft he southern truffle mushrooms harmonizes wonderfully with the natural and down-to-earth cheese from Güntensperger cheese dariy. After two months of ripening in the cheese cellar, the truffle pearl shines with its top-class taste in the bright light.
The Güntensperger cheese dairy is located in the lower Toggenburg and is run as a family business by the Güntensperger family
